Ministry Founder

 Joyce is the founder and president of Iron Sharpens Iron Ministries and is a teacher and intercessor. She serves as an adjunct faculty member at Palmer Theological Seminary at Eastern University (Wynnewood, PA). She teaches courses on Church Administration, Conflict Resolution, and the Life and Ministry of Jesus Christ.

She is an active member of Victory Christian Fellowship Church of New Castle, DE, where she serves as a Prayer Minister and coordinator of the Foundational and Mobilizing Believers class.

Joyce holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Delaware and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Salisbury State University (Salisbury, MD). She is married and resides in Delaware with her spouse, Wayne, and daughter, Jocelyn.
